This extension saves a copy of the adjusted image in a smaller form (as a thumbnail). The loading time of the page is accelerated in the preview because of the downsized presentation.

The size is defined in admin under “image configuration”. The thumbnail is created the first time when your customer retrieve the picture in the shop.

Once the thumbnail is created the size of it will remain. Any changes has to be readjust in the admin area.
